2. In short

• This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or third-party scripts. Its typeface and images are served from this website.
• The waitlist is not open yet. We collect no personal data through this website apart from the technical data every web server receives (section 3).
• Pluronto and the Pluronto app never upload your recordings.

3. Visiting this website

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, your browser sends technical data to Cloudflare's servers: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, your browser and operating system, and the amount of data transferred. Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf to deliver the website and protect it from attacks, under its data processing addendum. We don't use Cloudflare's analytics, don't combine this data with other data and don't use it to identify you.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Art. 5(2)(f) KVKK). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; transfers to the United States rely on that framework and on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in Cloudflare's data processing addendum.

The waitlist is not open yet. Before it opens, we will update this policy.

5. Contacting us

If you email us, we process your message and your contact details to answer you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request or our legitimate interest in answering (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR; Art. 5(2)(c) and (f) KVKK). We delete the correspondence when it's no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it.

6. The Pluronto device and app

Pluronto stores recordings on its internal card and transfers them only to devices you have paired with it. The Pluronto app makes transcripts on your device. We never receive your recordings. The app also answers your questions about recordings on your device, with Apple Intelligence; we never receive your recordings, transcripts or questions. The app is not released yet and will have its own privacy information when it is.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21), and to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)). You can complain to the data protection supervisory authority of your EU country of residence.

Under Article 11 KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred, to request correction or deletion, to object to a result that arises exclusively from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. You can apply to us by email at [email protected]; we answer within 30 days, free of charge. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu).

8. Security

This website is served over HTTPS only. We collect as little data as we can, and nothing more than this policy describes.

9. Changes

We will update this policy when our processing changes, for example when the waitlist opens or when Pluronto goes on sale, and change the date at the top.
